The Spinola family, who have owned the Tassarolo Castle since the 14th Century, produce this Gavi from 100% Cortese grapes, hand harvested from the hilly vineyards surrounding the castle. Made from organic grapes.
Straw yellow in colour with captivating greenish tints, Castello Di Tassarolo Gavi D.O.C.G is truly exceptional. With intense aromas, floral and ripe citrus notes and a soft lingering flavour, this wine is excellent as an aperitif.
Best served with antipasti, risottos, white meat and all fish dishes.
