Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella
An intense, full-bodied yet smooth and velvety red wine with a bouquet of ripe red berries and hints of spice. A generous wine – as Ripasso should be. A combination of dried macerated grapes, cherries and cranberries; the well-structured body offers touches of chocolate and red fruits. Best served with grilled or braised meat dishes and farmhouse cheeses.
